Are you a general contractor?
Yes. Bunch Construction Co. is a Tennessee licensed general contractor (#80744). We manage the build from site preparation and foundation through framing, trades and finishes, working with a trusted network of local subcontractors.
Where do you build?
Our service area includes Sevier, Grainger and Hamblen Counties in East Tennessee, including Bean Station, Rutledge, Morristown, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and surrounding communities.
Do you build investment properties?
Yes. We build for investors and developers: Smoky Mountain cabins, apartments and multifamily, and spec homes. Share the property, the planned use and your budget, and we'll talk through the scope.
Can you build on raw land?
Yes! We can discuss building on raw land and help you understand the steps involved, including site preparation, utilities, and other requirements based on your property and building plans.
Do you frame for other builders?
Yes. Alongside our general contracting work, we take framing subcontract work for general contractors, builders and owner-builders. Send your plans for a framing bid.
What should I share when I inquire?
Please share your preferred location, property details, the type of building or home you want, your approximate size and budget, and your desired timeline. If you have plans, a rough sketch or inspiration photos, include those as well. This helps us understand your project and discuss the next steps.
