Framing questions
Do you frame for other builders?
Yes. Alongside our own general contracting work, we take framing subcontract work for general contractors, custom home builders and developers, and we also frame for homeowners and owner-builders. Send your plans and target start date for a bid.
What do you need for a bid?
A set of plans (PDF is fine), the project location, approximate square footage, your target start date and the scope you want framed, such as floors, walls, roof and sheathing. Engineered truss or beam details help if you have them.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. Bunch Construction Co. is fully insured and a Tennessee Licensed Contractor (#80744). We can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
How far out are you scheduling?
It changes with the season and our current workload. Send your target start date with your plans, and the bid will include a realistic start date. We'd rather give you an honest date than an optimistic one.
Do you frame cabins on steep lots?
Send us the plans and site details. Steep lots and limited access are common in Sevier County cabin country, and we review access, staging and foundation conditions before we bid so the price and start date are realistic.
